One of the more popular childrens toys of the last several years is the Littlest Pet Shop by Hasbro. These are adorable little animal characters that have a swivel head that bobbles. What is really need about these toys is that they are themed and come in play sets that add to the fun for children. With the prevalence of electronic games for kids has brought for a Nintendo DS game that has a Littlest Pet Shop theme to it. There are many very popular Nintendo DS games to choose from, but this game in particular seems to be a favorite with kids all over the nation. Let us take a quick overview of the Littlest Pet Shop for Nintendo DS and see what all the fun is about. In the last few years Nintendo came out with its own version of the Littlest Pet Shop themed toys. There are sixteen separate games that that come with this video version, and all of them are packed with fun and adventure. Each game also has several different levels that make this overall package an almost endless source of entertainment for your child. There are a total of twenty or so pets that you can collect during this game which makes it unique, including shades, hats, and a scarf. Some of the characters that come with the Nintendo game are Sportiest, Chilliest, Cuddliest, and Fanciest to name just a few. There are over one hundred accessories in which you can dress up your favorite pet with within the game. What is really cool is that there are mini games that your child can compete in against the hand held game. Also, each level of the game has a difficulty factor that is used with it, so it makes it simple for a child of any skill level to play the game. Fun that is included in this electronic game is managing the shop at the Pet Plaza, playing in all of the winter type activities, and much more. I picked up a copy of this game for my eight year old son for Christmas. He opened that package and later that evening after the festivities were over I did not see him for quite a while because he was so wrapped up in the game. His older siblings really like to play the game as well. The toys animals inside the game are absolutely adorable, and animation is first class professional quality. One great thing about this game is the wide variety of games that are included. There is a coloring game, and several others that keep kids interested. My son really enjoys earning the points and awards as he plays the game. I also really appreciate the fact that this a non-violent and no fighting type of game and it is safe for my children. This games seems to be the game that never stops as there are numerous play sets, levels, and different games to play. Overall I am really satisfied with this game and I feel I got my moneys worth, and I can whole heartedly recommend it to anyone.
